“Silly Season” has been and gone, now you’re ready to nourish your body and mind and feel your best again!
Come join our supportive online group, where we will all be on our own 3 Day Cleanse journey, but surrounded by the positivity and support of each other.
I will be 100% in this journey with you, undergoing my own Cleanse during this time.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive group of likeminded people, all looking to nourish our bodies with the bioavailable vitamins, minerals and live enzymes available in raw, cold pressed juice!
With TWO Cleanse options available to choose from, our Signature 3 Day Cleanse which is most suited to those who are either new to juicing or cleansing and who enjoy a fruitier taste, then our NEW Advanced 3 Day Cleanse, suited to regular juicers or those who have cleansed multiple times before.
Once you have booked your space on our Group Cleanse, you will be added to a closed WhatsApp group.  On the days leading up to our Cleanse, I will send you hints and tips on how to best prepare for your upcoming Cleanse.
Each day during the Cleanse, I will be there with you, available for any questions and to support you all through this nourishing journey.  No question is ever going to be a silly question.  I will also support you post Cleanse to reintroduce food back into your diet.

The Group Cleanse is available to book on the website NOW and all Group Cleanse Packages will be produced fresh on Monday 13th January, to start Tuesday 14th January.
Collection from our Chapelton Juicery would be the ideal option but Aberdeen + Shire delivery can be arranged.

In with your Cleanse Package, you will receive a double sided A4 info sheet with details on our recommended order to drink the juices + lots of hints and tips for the most successful and enjoyable Cleanse.

Included in your ADVANCED 3 Day Cleanse package will be:

3 x 60ml Turmeric Tonic Shots

3 x 500ml Celery Juice

3 x 500ml Pure Greens

3 x 500ml Green Machine

3 x 500ml Spicy Ginger

3 x 500ml Beet It

**Please note, this is an Advanced Cleanse and is more suited to those who are regular juicers or who have cleansed multiple times before.**

Whilst on the juice cleanse aim to drink 2-3 litres  of water a day. Herbal teas can be enjoyed throughout your cleanse but caffeine should be avoided.

All of our juices are natural, raw and cold-pressed and made fresh to order.
