Terms & Conditions/Privacy Policy
Welcome to The Juicing Company Terms and Privacy Policy. These terms explain how we handle orders, deliveries, cancellations, and how we use your personal information.
Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with The Juicing Company or creating an account with us, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Delivery
- You must provide a delivery address where you, or someone you authorise, will be available to accept delivery. We do not accept liability for damage to products once delivered.
- If we are unable to deliver, or deliver late due to reasons outside our control (including courier delays), we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss caused.
- Any changes to delivery addresses must be notified within our order deadlines. We are not obligated to accommodate late changes.
- Deliveries are made via a trusted third-party courier. While we do our best to provide accurate delivery windows, all delivery times are indicative only.
Order Acceptance & Cancellations
All juices are freshly made to order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders are not cancellable or refundable once placed. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, goods which deteriorate or expire rapidly (including fresh juices) are exempt from cancellation rights.
On Delivery
- Inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Any issues must be reported via email within 3 hours of delivery.
- In the case of non-delivery, you must inform us by email before close of business on the scheduled delivery day. After this point, the order will be deemed delivered and accepted.
Storage & Shelf Life
Our juices are sent in temperature-controlled packaging. Refrigerate immediately upon delivery and consume within 3 days. We cannot replace products spoiled due to incorrect storage.
Health & Safety
- Our juices are made in a kitchen that handles nuts and other allergens. We cannot be held liable for allergic reactions.
- Consult a healthcare professional before beginning a cleanse or if you have health concerns. Information on our website is general guidance only and is not a substitute for medical advice.
- Our juices are not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The Juicing Company is not liable for any illness or adverse reaction.
Ingredients & Substitutions
If an ingredient is unavailable, we will source the closest alternative to maintain quality and freshness.
Eligibility
By ordering from The Juicing Company, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
