How the Group Cleanse Works
- Before we begin, you’ll be added to a closed WhatsApp group with hints and tips on how to prepare.
- During the cleanse, I’ll be there with you answering questions, sharing encouragement, and supporting you every step of the way.
- After the cleanse, you’ll receive advice on how to reintroduce foods gently and maintain your results.

Important Information
- Drink 2 – 3 litres of water daily during your cleanse.
- Herbal teas are fine, but avoid caffeine.
- All juices are raw, natural, cold-pressed, and made fresh to order.
- All juices are produced in an environment where nuts and other allergens may be present.
