Two tiny humans later, I’m still using the juices! cleanses are currently on the back burner for now (as I’m still breastfeeding) but I’m still drinking the juices which have been great to ensure I’m getting all the nutrients I need, to stop me reaching for the snack cupboard (well most of time!) and it really gives me that energy boost I need (kids are tiring!).
