YOUR ONE DAY CLEANSE

We recommend enjoying your juices and Tonic Shots throughout the day in the following order:

Breakfast: Glow + Ginger Tonic Shot

Mid-morning: Green Machine

Lunch: Ginger Snap

Mid-afternoon: Mr Brightside

Dinner: Beet It

Alongside your cleanse, aim to drink 2–3 litres of water throughout the day. Herbal teas can also be enjoyed, but we recommend avoiding caffeine during your cleanse.

All of our juices are natural, raw and cold-pressed. Each of our Cleanse Packages are Nutritionist approved and all juices are made fresh to order.
